Studio Renting Rate Card

Reservation

Reservation can be made by fill in the Contact Us form at our website www.arsphoto.com.hk or contact our customer sevices at (852) 3997 1741.

Booking Deposit

To reserve your booking slot, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the rental rates is required to secure the slot. The remainder is due at the start of the hire period. view more

Cancellation

Cancellation is to be made with 48 hours prior notice. There will be no refund of deposit for cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. An administration fee of HK$100 will apply for cancellation within 48 hours prior notice.

Headcount

The maximum headcount is in 8 persons, additional charge in HK$100 to be charged per head.

Breakages and Damages

The person booking the session (renter) is responsible for all breakages and will be charged at the end of the hire period.

Extra Charge

Extra charge for each pet is HK$150, prior notice is required when booking.

TERMS OF USE

  • Reservation
    • Reservations will not be held until deposit payment is received and cleared. Payment is not refunded unless notice of cancellation is made at least 48 hours before renter's reservation date.
    • Ars Group Limited reserves the right to refuse reservations at its sole discretion.

  • Arrival and Leave Time
    • Renter must arrive on time, no refund to be made if any late arrival.
    • Any late leave exceed 15 minutes, 1 hour rental fee to be charged.

  • Length of Use
    • Hourly rental periods are 60 minutes. Arrival up 15 minutes early is allowed for set up. Studio clean up must be completed by the end of rental period.
    • If the studio is not satisfactorily returned to the state it was prior to the rental period, a clean-up fee will be assessed.

  • Responsibility
    • Use of studio and equipment is at RENTER'S OWN RISK. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and / or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when renter arrived.
    • Renters are solely responsible for any legal infractions renter or members of renter's party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere.
    • Renters agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying renter while on our premises.
    • Renters are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any models renter engages.
    • Renters understands that if Ars Group Limited observes dangerous, pornographic,
      negligent practices or activities are being engaged in,Ars Group Limited reserves the right to stop the shot and require renter and renter's party to leave immediately. However, Ars Group Limited assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases.
    • Renters have responsibility to keep the studio in tidy and clean situation.

  • Equipment
    • Ars Group Limited agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment's functionality or suitability to renter's purposes.
    • Ars Group Limited is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather or emergencies. In such cases, Ars Group Limited will refund a prorated portion of renter's payment.
    • Damages are the renters responsibility and must be settled after hire period at market value.

  • Usage
    • Strictly NO adult content to be shot in the studio and the photographer accepts liability arising from any content shot and copyright issues. The photographer is responsible for verification of models age and status before shooting and must ensure that the content is not used on any adult dating sites and forums.
